Update 04.08.10: Now up to 1,800+ plays and 70 FB likes!
What a difference a tweet makes. After tweeting this gem of a clip pulled from the Coleman at Large radio programme on Newstalk to all 232 of my Followers it spread like wildfire and again demonstrated the word of mouth machine that is Twitter.
All it took really was for one of my followers @twentymajor, a super user with over 2k followers and super cunt (he wont mind me calling him that, simply because its true), to RT my original tweet and it went from there.
37 ReTweets later meant that the potential reach went from 232 to 17,224 in the space of a couple of hours.
Interestingly one of the stations presenters Sean Moncrieff who has nearly 5k followers RT’ed and then this morning the breakfast show account RT’ed my Tweet.
The clip itself is now running at 890 plays which is a pretty awsome CTR of 5.17% off a base of 17,224.
